Refund Kit is designed to keep your draft complaint details in your browser where possible. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

What Refund Kit stores locally

The complaint form can save recent packs in your browser’s local storage so you can see them again on the same device. Your complaint facts, draft wording and evidence notes are not uploaded to Refund Kit by the static builder.

Payments

Checkout is provided by Stripe. Stripe processes your card details and payment information; Refund Kit does not receive or store your full card details. If you choose to pay, your email address may be passed to Stripe for checkout and receipt handling. Refund Kit receives only the payment confirmation data needed to unlock your pack.

What we do not collect through the builder

No account registration
No full card details
No analytics cookies
No document uploads
No automatic complaint submission
No server-stored contact form messages

Contact page

The contact page uses a no-backend email draft. It opens your email app so you can review the message before sending. Refund Kit does not store the contact message on the website; if you send it, it goes to [email protected].

Deleting local data

You can clear saved draft data by clearing your browser site data for Refund Kit.
