Refund Kit helps users organise complaint information and prepare draft complaint wording. It does not act for users or guarantee outcomes.

Refund Kit provides general information and draft templates. It is not a law firm, financial adviser, claims management company or ombudsman service.
No guaranteed result
We do not guarantee refunds, chargebacks, compensation, responses, or any particular outcome.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking every draft before use, making sure all facts are accurate, and deciding whether to send anything.
No automatic submission
Refund Kit does not submit complaints, contact retailers, contact banks, or act on your behalf.
Payment
The full action bundle is a single £6.99 payment. There is no subscription, renewal, membership or ongoing charge. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Digital delivery
After payment, Stripe returns you to Refund Kit and the bundle unlocks on the same device. By continuing with checkout, you ask us to supply the digital bundle immediately.
Support, refunds and payment problems
If checkout completes but your bundle does not unlock, contact [email protected] before paying again. We will help verify the payment and restore access where possible. Because the bundle is a digital product supplied immediately, refunds are considered case by case, including duplicate charges or technical faults.
